I have been a customer of this company for 5 years, On 7/16 I bought a "new" $300 telephone from them and "RENEWED" my contract. Since that day my voice mail has not worked. I have spent countless hours on the tele. With their techs... They have dumped my mailbox 4 times... I have not only lost clients and money... I have paid them and here I am unable to receive any voice mails here at Christmas.
The Techs I have spoken with range from polite to rude kids... Today... Dec26.. I am back on their 800#...instead of their being a tech assigned to fixing this problem I must go thru the whole routine EVERY TIME I call... Mind you this has gone on everyday for 6 months! I am talked to rudely... Told how to behave... Talked over by some tech named Wes Ison and there is not one place to voice the issue and have it resolved. Cingular is a beast that eats you alive if you don't own up to your contract... But... When "they" don't fullfill their contract... There is NO ONE but some young cocky tech this beast hides behind.
Really enough! How in the world do I get this contract canceled so I can get a real "service" for my cell phone. This company has COST ME... Money, time and their people are rude and incompetant. Today... For the 2nd time one of them told me.."Oh I don't read the documentation of what's been happening on your service. I just jump right in." Yeh... Him and 20 other lazy people who not only wouldn't read what the problem has been and continues to be... But wants this opportunity to take my time and money. Nor has there been any response to my emails.
