I purchased an Alexis Volgel about a month ago. I got my kit, and it was empty. I was missing dang near everything.
I proceed to call and all I got was a recording.
I left a message for customer service on the alexis vogel website and AV Ashley replyed back with a I took care of it today.
Well it's been 2 more weeks and nothing. No replies to emails I have sent. They charged my card already 3 times, and I have only had it for a month. Av Ashley has been no where to be found for days, to reply to all these messages. There must be 100 angry people on the board that have not recieved anything.
I got a different number today for customer service. I got a recording for about 1 hour, and finally a real voice came on. (ext 114 they said they were transferring me too) and she picked up the phone and said hold please, and transferred me to another recording.
I then called again and they kept picking up the phone and hanging up. I could hear people laughing in the background like it was some kind of joke.
Then I finally 2 hours later, got a hold of ext 114 again and told her my problem and she said oh I'll take care of that hold...
I was dead air for 10 mins and then got another recording.
Finally I called so much they kept hanging up. And 1 hour before they closed, the operator put her we're closed call about again for about 10 mins and then I got a mailbox full.
I have had it. There is some speculation going on that they are frauding as much money as they can and then filing bankruptcy on the 31st.
They ruined a lot of people's Christmas and bank accounts. People are not even going to have gifts cause well... They aren't getting them
They also erase the real bad messages, but I saved them to show proof.
I will be filing fraud with my CC company.
Dont order from them! We need a lawsuit!
