Makeupconnection.com is selling inferior, counterfeit products and intend to make the buyer believe that they are associated with Alexis Vogel and still sell her products. When in fact, Ms. Vogel left this company because they stopped using quality products and switched them for less expensive, inferior products. What they sell on their website CLAIMS to be genuine Alexis Vogel products but they are far from it. I purchased a few full makeup kits and refills when Alexis Vogel was actually a part of this company and it wasn't yet called Markup Connection and their products were amazing and well worth the money. Since then, I purchased one refill from Makeup Connection and used it and immediately felt the difference. These products are still labeled with her name but are NOT her products. They are no better than drugstore makeup for 99 cents and they cost $199!
It was a HUGE waste of money and I sent in a letter of complaint and it took them over 2 months to respond, let alone give me some of my money back, despite their "money-back guarantee".
Do not buy from this company!!!
