I ordered the Alexis Vogel system on easy pay with the confidence that they would be commited to billing me only once. I depoisted my paycheckvia atm and when I received my tranaction slip I realized that I was overdrawn, wondering how this was possible I spoke with a bank teller who showed me where Alexis Vogel had billed me twice.
Meanwhile I was spending money and I thought I had and since I use my debit card I racked up $200 in overdraft fees. Immediatly I called customer services who failed to rectify the situation. As the weekend progressed my other auto pay bills came out my account bringing my overdraft total to over $500.
I have repeatedly called the company with no response, they always say someone will return my call shortly but no one ever does. Three weeks have now passed and once again customer service told me to call back on monday. Buyer beware... This product is more trouble then it is worth... Just read the customer service forum and you can see some of the complaints for yourself... Tho topics are commonly deleated.
