I made an order in Nov. 2005 to Alexis Vogel.com for some make up and again 2 days after. I waited the 5-7 days for delivery it never came. I ordered the rush delivery and paid too much for shipping anyway. I have spent over $100 so far with 2 more payments of $27 to come out. The second payment was taken out 2 days ago that was supposed to come out at the end of this month and still no product. I began to worry even more when I read the message boards about customer service and people not getting thier makeup for over a year after they ordered. I am scared because I heard they where filing bankrupty and giving fake order numbers and pocketing money.
I have called more than 100 times to customer servie with only 2 answers. The rest of the time they either hang up on you or you keep getting a automated message and the hang up on you after transfering about 2 or 3 times. When I did get a response the first time they said it was shipped on the 7th of dec. The second time they said it was shipped on the 7th but they claim I should have gotten it and I have not then they say that I will only get some of my order not all because they don't have the items I ordered and I will have to wait but I was never contacted about that. They were also supposed to refund me shipping 2 weeks ago and that has never happened. My e-mails and comments on the message boards are deleted and not responded to. $100 is alot of money to me my husband is the only one who works I am willing to take leagl action on this company accompined by many complaints and maybe some others. There are over 100 people this is happening to now and they are having the same thing happen to them. Please help me. You are about my last hope.
