This Ebay Power Seller is a rip off artist. He sells defective merchandise. YOu can get a refund. Minue the shipping and handling that he charges you over double for. My product was a 25" kids guitar, weight of 3 lbs. This was shipped UPS ground.
Should have cost 6.63 (I found this out later). He charges 13.95. This price is for 2nd day air. So I paid 4.02 for auction. 13.95 for s&h and now have to pay 6.63 to send it back to get my 4.02... Don't think so. Would be easier to chunk it in the trash were the thing belongs then put put anymore money into it.
This is why this seller does this. He refunds you the auctions portion but has still made a profit from overcharging on the shipping. He is currently under investigation by ebay, but I wanted to let everyone know Beware of this seller on ebay.
He is a Scammer. When he agrees to refund all money and pay for return shipping I will updat this and let you know his customer service has improved but thus far he also has bad customer service as well.
