EBay is only for the seller of products and really doesn't care about the buyers, (unless you refuse to pay). Company advertised "free shipping" then when I won the bid, at checkout they wanted $49.95 in add shipping cost. Complained to eBay res. Ctr. And they did nothing but give me the run around! (they support the seller, NOT the buyer)
