Ripoff Service of the company is a joke

I had order cable service for my new apartment. On november 16 the service was surposed to be install between the hours of 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. At 4:17 pm i call cable vision customer service to find out if they was still coming out to install my cable.

The csr (customer service respresentative) inform me that a dispatcher will call me back within 15 minutes. I waited until 5:10 pm a dispatcher finally call me back after i made a second call to ca csr. The dispatcher inform me that the tech will be there in 30 minutes.
The tech didn't show up until 8:17 pm. That night. And the first thing that came out of his mouth was not sorry but you have a cod of 141.25 check or money order. The tech came in and started to install the cable.
I started to here banging coming from the outer room i went out and ask the tech where was his drill. He inform that he didn't have one. So when the tech finally finish the job my house look like a wire city. Wires was everywhere.

I call cablevison and inform them how my house look. They told me that they would have a supervisor come out and look and correct the mess that the tech made, on sunday november 20 between the hours of 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. The tech did not leave my house that night untill 11:30 pm.

The work that he did was not professional at all. Before he left i inform the the phone was not working properly. I was not able to receive phone call in. He told me that it was to late and that the trouble shooting office was close. He collected the check and left.

The next morning i receive a call from cablevision at 10:30 am asking me if it was o.K. For a supervisor to come out and fixed the mess that the tech had made that it would take about 2 hours.

I ask them how long would it take the supervisor to get here he said about 20 to 30 minutes he was in patterson, new jersey. I said o.K. That supervisor didn't get to my house until about 11:30 am. He look at the what the tech work and said it was a mess. So he did agree with me about the work that tech did.

So he said that he would correct the work. The supervisor was in my house about a good 30 minutes and he came to me and ask me if he could leave and do two other jobs and come back to me in 40 minutes. I look at this man like he was crazy and told him no. So he proceed to finish the job.

I inform him that i requested that two jacks be activated in my bedroom and my daughter room also. He told me that i had a appointment for sunday and that person who come out on sunday will do that.

I call cablevision back and ask to speak to a manager of dispatch and the tech the csr stated to me that they email john m. And 2 other managers and they should call me back before the day is over, they never called.
On november 18 at 1:34 pm i received a call from a csr of cablevision asking me what the work order was for on november 19 i inform her i did not have a appointment for november 19, but i surpose to have a appointment for november 20, between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. She told in the computer it said november 19. I immediately ask to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor came and change the appointment back. I thank her. I have lost to days paid for this mess with cable vision.

I have been inconvience by cablevision enough now its time for them to pay
