Time Warner Cable has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Most of the reps on the phone have no clue as to what they are talking about. They are like robots reading out of a book. When you ask to speak to a supervisor, be prepared to stay on hold for at least 30 mins before they answer. My cable went out on Thursday, called and explained what the error code was and he was useless. He said that he had to send out a tech and the only appointment was the following Wednesday. I said it was unacceptable that I had to wait almost 1 week for a tech and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. He put me on hold and nobody ever got back to me. Friday I called again, and this time, the rep I spoke to was very nice and helpful. She made me an appointment for the next day between 9am-7pm. I had to take the day off of work to be home and around 5:30pm I get a call saying we're sorry but the tech won't be able to get there today. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she tells me oh we'll have them call you back because we can't tranfer calls!!! Seriously, do we live in 1900's that they can't transer calls! So I called them back and asked to speak to a supervisor and after 56 minutes of being on hold ""Richard" gets on the phone. They are not allowed to give out their last name. He said sorry there was nothing he can do for tonight but had Monday 11-2 or 2-5 open to have a tech come out. Now, you mean to tell me, that magically since Thursday the first time I called, that 3 appointments have opened up!!! Horrible customer service, horrible tech support!!! And according to Richard, there was nobody above him that I could speak too. I BET!!! Don't get TWC, they have no people skills and are horrible with customer service!!!
