Two Shipped Computers Arrived Damaged, Claim Denied

I shipped 2 computers with FedEx in September. Both were damaged on arrival in Gary, Indiana. I contacted FedEx and started the claim process. Teresa Miklos sent a reply stating that another carrier transported the items. My claim is denied. Case #0912516448 has been changed to #1020518876.
