We ordered and paid for a dual electronic gate and it arrived damaged. WE notified Fedex and Wholesalegateopener.com. They refused to send us a replacement gate and said we would have to wait until Fedex settled a claim. They asked me to send photos of the damage and they would handle it. After many calls they said Fedex rejected the claim and they would have to file an appeal and to send the photos again. I sent them again and emailed regularly to find out the status and they said "they had heard nothing yet". Finally after almost 4 months I called Fedex direct and had them look up the claim. Wholesalegateopener.com never submitted the pictures on the original claim and that's why it was rejected. As to the appeal claim which they said Fedex hadn't responded yet... Fedex said they never filed any appeal and to this day have never received any photos. Wholesalegateopeners.com has left it to me to try and get my gate replaced by Fedex. They should have replaced my damaged gate immediately as I paid in full for an undamaged gate. It is over 4 months since I've paid them and they have still not replaced my gate. I have several emails to verify all this calims.
