Filed Claim with Fedex. William Cobb denied it. Shipped outboard motor in rubbermade container with lots of bubblewrap and cardboard to avoide damage. Fedex employee placed heavy package on top and damaged motor inside container. Fedex denied claim stating needs to be shipped in wooden crate. The last time I tried to ship something in a wooden crate Fedex would not ship because they claim it would damage there belts. Paid extra for insurance. Fedex will do ANYTHING not to pay a claim. Bill you are a douche bag!
