Just want to remind anyone who want to buy anything from Circuit City, they have fourteen days to return and just only 1 time, you can not return it 2 times. I buy one computer notebook which have the over heat problem return one time to get the same brand hope it will have no problem but it really have the same problem and need to return to buy the new brand but now they will not accept the second return. I wonder about the quality of the products that they carry it may be second hand or some special mark price from manufacturing. Please think twice before you buy anything from this company. I promise to myself not to buy anything from this company again.
I agree that normally nobody have this problem but just in case that you may have, what should you do?
