Ordered Diet ZX in October. Very friendly and accommadating. Took $55.60 out of my account electronically 10/24/01. I was assured 4-6 weeks for delivery.
On January 31, after trying numerous times to reach them via e-mail and telephone, I tried to place another order. I reach Vince at customer service. I told him my dilema and canceled my order. He told me it would be 30 days for me to recieve my refund. I asked why it couldn't be put back in electronically NOW? His reply was it was their companies policy.
It has now been 5 months and I have not received the Diet ZX or my refund. I am truly ticked off! I want my money back!!!
