I purchased diet pills z x over the phone with my bank credit card, on september the 14th 2001.
In which time the money was taken out of my husbands account, in the amount of 99.47.
I was to recieve the pills in 4 to 6 weeks. I never recieved them.
In which i called they said they would ship them out again which was on october the 4th, and that i would recieve them in 2 weeks.
They said that they would send them out so if i did'nt recieve them that they would beable to trace where they went.
Well i did'nt recieve them so i called to ask for a refund, they said it would take sixty days.
Thta should of been in december.
Still nothing tried to call phone rings for hours and no responce.
Then when i do they say thta the have to renter it again.
Call to see whats going on and ni answer
