DIET ZX - VitaFree.com & Family Products ALL FRAUDULENT RIPOFFS

I placed an order for Diet ZX on October 21. My credit card was charged $103.30 for the order on October 23. December I sent them an e-mail inquiry requesting status of my order and never got a response.

I then called the 800 number listed on my credit card statement in January and actually spoke to a live person who said my order had been shipped on January 15.

I waited another two weeks and called again and at that time requested that the order be cancelled and that my credit card be credited the full $103.30 because it had already taken way too long to get the order and I was obviously lied to when I was told the order was shipped on January 15. So, I was told that it had been cancelled and that I would receive a credit.

It's now March and still no credit to my account has been made and the last two times I have called the phone just rings and no one ever answers. At this very moment, I am typing this report, I have the phone to my ear, and the phone is still just ringing - I have been letting it ring now for over 35 minutes. I also went to the VitaFree website and checked the status of my order and it just has the original order received info and that my order is being processed.

I want to warn everyone out there - do not order anything from this company, they have fraudulent business practices and i wouldn't trust anything they have to say or offer! Please be wary!
