If you have service from MCI WorldCom, I feel sorry for you! This has been the worst wireless service that I have ever had. Anyone who has had to call there 800 number, well, you know how I feel. This company need some major reconstuction. I was sold service that I still can not access, and yet, I am still being charged. I have 2 phones, and asked for one invoice, (I still get 2) and I get the sorriest customer service that I have ever had from anywhere. If your reading this and you are thinking of getting wireless service, do so, just don't use MCI WorldCom Wireless.
