Certegy Payment Recovery Services, Inc. Wrote me a letter about a bill I am in dispute over with Home Depot. I fired Home Depot At Home Services for totally messing up the job. I was within my contract to fire them. To make a long story short I have paid them a deposit and I totally refuse to pay them a dime more. They owe me over ten thousand dollars over and above the amount they say I owe them. I never signed off on the contract and they are required under their contract to take me to mediation arbitration.instead they have turned my case over to Certegy - 3500 5th Street

Anyway they will not stop calling me morning noon and night even though I mailed them a letter which included the letter of disputer to Home Depot.in my letter I said not to call me or bother me again over this matter as it will only be settled in court or in arbitration. They still call me. So it is time to sign them up for every free item on the internet so they will be tied up with phone calls and mail handling instead of bothering us... Lets have fun
