$20.28 for 7 minutes. I have never subscribed to this company and dont intend to pay $3.00 per min Ripoff

Out of the blue I got this long distance bill from this company. I dont recognize the name and am sure I have never signed up for this. Navicomm takes care of the billing, apparently. I am convinced this is a scam.
