Received a bill for $12.71 from One Call Long Distance. When One Call was asked what bill was in reference of, they could only say it was when an unknown internet site was accessed. One Call Long Distance bills on behalf of Navicomm, LTD. No permisson was ever given to bill my phone number for any services. One Call Long Distance stated that when a person simply clicks on this unknown web site, they are automatically billed to their phone number. This is a con and a ripp off.
