Ripoff business from hell

I just wrote a complaint, however I was unaware that there was so many people with the same problems. I too called this company approx 16 times within a 1 mth period and each time I had to start my story over and over and over and over.
No one new who I talked to the time before or I would be put on hold for 30-40 minutes waiting for someone to get a supervisor.

I spoke with the HEAD HONCHO named JIM, yes JIM, I remember your name. You were a true asshole on the phone the day you spoke with me. I am sure you remember me because it was a screaming match between you and I. Anyway, you are the idiot not me. So on with the story.

My sister and I had a phone number 1 number apart. They disconnected my service and gave her my phone number in the computer when I still was using the number. Confusing, yeah I know.

I called 4-5 times and each time I had to tell the story to a new person, and they couldn't get in touch with the person I spoke to before them. Pathetic. So, I am charged for long distance for a call, when I paid extra $ to not be charged for roaming fees. Surprise, I got charged.

So, I was promised a free car charger from a supervisor. I was told to go to my local store and give them his name and number and to get a free charger. I go to the local store, they tell me that it is impossible for them to do that. I call this man back and he won't return my calls. Gave up on that complaint.

Next, I was told by a female, smart ass that I would be issued a free month, and that I would recieve a check for 100.00 for 4 months of hell. I told her that I would like the check, however I would like to cancel my service because of the crap I had been going through for over 6 mths. Each month was something else. Well, I work on an ambulance and I used my phone to make calls to the hospitals when I couldn't contact them by radio. I had a critical pt and I find out my service has been issued to someone else at that moment in time.

Well, P.S. Two months later I was still waiting for the check. SO I call, and speak with JIM the big wig, well Jim tells me that the rep made a promise that couldn't be kept because I cancelled my service and that I had to be a current subscriber to be give this check. WELL HELLO, the dumb dits didn't tell me that. SO JIM proceeds to tell me to read my contract. JIM, this didn't have anything to do with my contract. This had to do with the retarded rep that LIED. As for you sir, you are the most inconsiderate person I have ever spoke with. I was a faithful customer for several years, was expecting to be treated fairly, because everything that went wrong with my service was due to customer service error. Not mine. And if your company writes a rebutal, write something that is appologetic, not ignorant. I have read some rebutals and they are so DISRESPECTFUL. All I wanted was what I was promised. Thanks for letting another faithful customer down, SIR.
