Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business

This place is a big rip off and it makes me so hot when I see them getting away with this stuff. They prey on people who has had some credit problems in the past and is trying to reestablish themselves. Also any company that asks for a stamp to be placed on the return envelope raises my suspicion.
