I ordered the AbEnergizer in November and received it December 24th. When I decided that I did not like the product, I decided to return it. Unfortunately, the invoice had been accidentally thrown away.
I called the order number (the only number that i could find for the abenergizer on the web site or otherwise). I explained the situation to the operator and asked for the return address. She gave me P.O. Box 570, Van Nuys, CA. I mailed and insured the package on January 14th.
I became concerned when the product had not been credited back to my account a month later. I called the order number again and asked for a customer service number and explained the situation.
The operator asked me what address the product had been shipped to. I told her and she informed me that this was the incorrect address, and that the correct address was Lindbergh Lane. I told her that the package had already been mailed (because she seemed to have a hard time getting that!) and finally got a customer service number.
I have continually tried to call customer service and have been unable to get through. It rings for half an hour straight, if it is not busy. I am about to give up, but hey, that's my 80 dollars!!!
