I singed up for verizonwireless in september 28 I got home but did not work at my home a few months later I had to go in for a problem with ther service they replaced the phone. Which that did no good because it was still the same. I called the verizonwireless toll free number they created a trouble ticket number. I her once from them then it was still the same. My phone would go from 1 bar to no service. On february 12 I called verizon wireless about the problem they created another trouble ticket still after they contacted me about it they didnt fix the issue so I had no other chopice to switch to another service provider. I realized that nextel works in my area the best so I went with them and I have had no problems with them at all. But I think verizon wireless should consider doing something about my area having no service with verizon wireless
