Charged $53 Monthly After Told Basic Service Would Not Exceed $24.95

I was slammed with $53.00 per month in charges for services I was told would only cost me $24.95 max. And when I complained, they charged me late charges and threatened to cut my service off! I only asked for basic service and was slammed with crap, I don't watch.
