I received a phone call from Simple Choice benefits describing about their credit card. I am trying to re-establish credit and at the time, I thought this might be a good idea. Well they told me it would cost me $249.00 and would take 40 days and I would receive a packet of information to sign and then I would receive my card. It has been over 40 days and nothing received yet.
I noticed that they tried to get money out of my account for the initial start up back in July. I called them and told them that the money would not be there and to cancel the order. They did not follow my request, because in August they ran it again and did take the money, which caused major issues with my account.
I tried calling them and I guess after several times me calling, they have blocked my area code so that they can not receive any calls from me. I am hoping and praying that my bank refunds my money and I am taking further action to conbtact the FBI and Attorney General's office to have this company dealt with.
