About three months ago I ordered wireless service from this company. After I paid my balance and called back with my reciept number, I then found out that I was supposed to pay more money to get my plan. Nothing was said about that originally.
So, I called back immediately that day and told them that I no longer wanted thier service. They told me to send the phone back right when I got it and when they got it back in stock they would issue my refund check. When the phone arrived, I declined it.
After four weeks of waiting, I called them and they said that the phone was back in stock and that I would have a check in one to three weeks. Here I am one and a half months later still waiting for that check that's "in the mail" and still getting the run around.
Hear my warning: Stay Away!!!
