Ripoff

In may I was contacted on the phone by a repsentative of first national benefits and was informed that I had been selected to receive a government grant in the amount of 12,500. And all I had to do was review the benefit package for 7days and if I was interested i would be charged 29.99 for the information packet and would be granteed the grant by august of this year and if I was satisfied there would be a one time life time membership fee of 299.95 that would be taken from my account. At which time and told them I was not interested in anything I had to pay up front for. They said it would not cost anything unless I did not notify them after the 7 days. I still told the I did not want it, but the next thing I know I get a letter in the mail saying that the information packet would follow and when I checked my bank account both the 29.95 and the 299.95 had been taken out and I don't know where the got my information.
