We just got service from these people and when we called fro service we requested that the connection fee be split up in monthly payments. I have talked to them and all they say is that you have to request this at the time. We did this and they won't fix the problem except tell us to call the credit dept. And talk to them. This is thier fault and why should we have to fix it.
Another thing, they wouldn't give us long distance and they are trying to charge us 6.00 because they don't want us to have long distance. Since when do we have to pay for something like that?
Don't make sense what so ever. Just be aware of what they are doing.
They also put services on your phone that you didn't ask for so watch for this and all other fraudulant things they do.
