My Friend and I signed up for Lingo since we were told how great it is. It is if you are not on Direcway which Primus did not tell us. They said we would be fine.
Well after calling and it not working we sent it back to there address and have a Confirmation of delivery and on what day it was within the 30 days no sweat. I figure well we would not be charge for anything and I find they were charging me each month for 4 months and said I never sent it back. And then once I showed proof of sending it back they said I did not call them to send it back. DUH well they said after I bought it it would not work with direcway so who would have told me to send it back if not them?
Why would I need or want it if they know it will not work? I was told I had to write a letter to the legal department which I did and here it is since December and still no refund of all the monies they took from my account. Primus we are still waiting.
