I have used Lingo (VOIP) for 10 months with poor phone service. Last Friday 09/23 my phone line went dead. Today 09/26 I'm still down. Tech support spoke with poor English and did nothing but tell me my router was set up incorrectly. My router is set up the same way when I was working correctly.
I'm told they will get back to me in 24 hours (great). I still am down.
