Since april 15 i have filed a complaint about my livingroom set has been rip in places where it was impossible for someone to do. I have made serval attempts for my merchandise to be repaired when i went to the store to explain the problem, i see the same problem was wrong with a set that was in the store, june my boyfriend went in the store question about how long does it takes for someone to come out to look at said will call insurance person again, I asked if i can get a whole new set or a refund on my rental payments they refused, finally in july insurance man came out called AARON'S advised them to give me a whole new set, i still donot have it do you think i should have to put any more money on damage goods
