On April 11th, I went to Aaron's Rent to Own Appliance store. I purchase a brand new 73" plasma TV. It was loaded onto my vehicle by one of the workers at the store. I brought the TV home and did not take it out the box until April 13th, I took the TV out the box and made the necessary connection and turn the TV on and all it showed was a white screen with vertical lines running all the way across the TV set.

I went to the back of the book to trouble shoot and nowhere in the book did it have a solution to that type of problem. The next step I took was to call Aaron’s, the place where I had purchased the television from. They told me, that they had nothing to do with that problem and I needed to call Mitsubishi, they also stated that my money was not refundable which the amount of $1688.69 tax included. They further stated that they could not give me a replacement set. Considering the fact that they knew I had just purchased the television, they did not try to find no other way to assist me with my problem, nor did they insist on calling Mitsubishi themselves to remedy the situation that had occurred.

This situation is not acceptable to me they took my money and had nothing further to do with me. If I would had been renting to own they would have come out and taking care of the situation with a replacement television but since they were paid in full they chose to do nothing. As of today April 18 my television has yet to be repaired or replace.
