These people are true morons.instead of sending you a bill or e-mailing you the just cut your phone off. I have tried to pay my bill the last 2 days and they keep telling me something must be wrong with the address on my credit card because its not accepting my payment. I called my bank... Lo and behold my address is the same as on both accounts and then my bank tells me that Acctel has a $1.00 hold charge on my credit card. I plan on filing this with the BBB and then I plan on filing a complaint with the AG's office here in Texas for fradulant business practices.
