Eight months ago I decided I needed a little help getting my c/c in order. Being that I work on average about sixteen hour days, six days a week, during the night shift I tend to loose track of the days. I got into a jam with my c/c and started looking for debt help.
Credit Solutions came up on google and I read through their web page. Everything seemed legit so I called them talked for a while and decided to hold off and look some more, but their sales rep kept hounding me with calls, so finally I gave in.
Low and behold eight months later I get a notice from a law firm for payment in full of one of my c/c that I included on the plan.
So I got on to this web page to look up Credit Solutions and to my horror found over 300 Bad reviews, So now I have to deal with these debt collection people, and will probably owe more.
There seem to be many people who have suffered this same fate. If anyone has any advice on the best way to deal with debt collection agencies I would be most gratefull.
I do plan on filing a report with the BBB and hope I can obtain some refund from Credit Solutions to put to paying off my c/c like they said they would.
