I called Orchard bank to check the balance on my credit card and was told I was 60 cents over limit. I wired them a payment to bring me back under limit & when I got my bill 2 days later, they claim I am $60 over limit.
I caled them to try to get an answer about how this could be as I hadn't used my card after sending them a payment & they had no answer for me. I have since canceled this card. These people are very rude. I even tried to go over all charges on my bill & showed them that there was a mistake on their part but they would not acknowledge their error & I refuse to pay them more than they have comming to them. Credit bureau be damned.
Let's take this to court. These people should not be in business the way they rip people off almost as bgad as the I.R.S.
