The collection lawfirm, Love, Beal & Nixon are the bottom of the barrel here in Oklahoma. They do collections for companies like Asset Acceptance and Midland Credit Management, junk debt buyers who are right up there with the worst of the worst.

Among many other things, Love, Beal & Nixon add illegal attorney's fees to their accounts. This simply constitutes as fraud. It is illegal to add in attorney's fees on defaulted credit cards prior to a summons, judgment, and approval of a judge. After only holding the account for a couple of weeks, Love, Beal & Nixon places the fees (between $400 and $500, from what we see) on each person's account and then attempts to collect the entire balance.

This is fraudulent.
