Attorney Fee of $200 Charged Before Judgment on Credit Card Debt

I, too, am dealing with Love, Beal, & Nixon-Midland Credit Management. I read your report with interest.

I didn't know it was illegal to assess attorney fees prior to judgement on credit card debt. I was assessed a fee of $200. Please contact me if your attorney wants information or if you are pursuing a class action suit.
