The claim i filed with ups has been denied due to insuffcient packaging. I filed for 2 ctns which were both packed the same way. Ups paid for damage to the 1st ctn but denied the 2nd ctn. I dont understand they were packed the same way so why not pay on the 2nd ctn? I can not afford the cost of this loss. I paid in good faith for insurance so what is the problem with the 2nd ctn? What can i do to get my money from this claim? Your help would be greatly appreciated in this matter. Please respond to this and thank you.
