Insurance claim denied

I recently shipped several boxes of collectibles. They were insured for over 16k. Ups graciously accepted payment for their insurance service offered. One of my boxes got damaged enroute and sustained severe damage. I spent over 100 dollars in shipping costs, and over 500 to ship these. When I filed the claim, Nobody even called me. I packed these like Fort Knox. I received a generated email stating the claim was denied. I called the local hub and the guy hung the phone up on me. I then wrote a letter to Corporate and received a phone call. They stated that they would reinvestigate the matter. Within 45 minutes of that call, I got a return call with the news. It was ultimately denied and I was told there was nothing I could do. I know I packed these extremely well and followed their guidelines. I just firmly believe that they do not intend to honor claims. I filed a complaint with the BBB, I am writing a letter to the attorney general and contacting the Federal Trace Commission. This is jsut wrong, PLAIN WRONG!
