I have been with Cingular wireless for over seven years. Spent lots of money and put up with a lot of bull.
They changed my account lots of times without my knowledge. I need to drop my cell phone because of money.
Cingular now charges me $137.80 because I am dropping their service. Also I will have to pay late fees. I did not even get the bill till it was due.
Cingular say because I went to booths in Walmart stores to up date phones or change for more or less minutes I signed contract.
I never signed anything or was ever informed of any contract. They say they have contract with me that is why I am charged fee. What a scam. The only contract I ever signed was in Hot Springs Ak. Over seven years ago.
I do not want my credit ruined so I paid the 137.80. Help!!! How many other hard working people do they screw? I would like a refund. Oh by the way. Cingular says they are not responsible for the people in booths at Walmart. Hey they work for Cingular, they are responsible.
