I changed my billing plan with Sprint back in March, - At that time, I changed my plan to Free & Flexible which would give me 700 minutes plus an additional 100 minutes for just $5.00 each. There was no record of me making that change.
The only record they had was a previous change in January. My current bill reached $180 under the wrong plan. They offered to lower it to $112.00, hardly what it would have been if they would have had me on the correct plan. I stated to have my minutes billed on the plan I should have been on all this time. They refused, basically called me a liar that I did not ever change my plan.
I cancelled and they made no attempt to keep me. I have been a client for 2 years and you think they would realize their customer service staff is more incompetent then their customers. Their phone staff can barely speak English, and their Americans!
