I recently changed my plan with Sprint/Nextel. I switched to a "Fair and Flexible Plan" in the middle of the month. Well, when I did they shut off my phone within 20 minutes. When they changed it they didn't put the plan on the second phone. So I got charged over $500.00. They did not inform me that it would be so jacked up! Well, I have been calling Sprint for the last month trying to get it fixed. Just today I was told that they would issue a credit of $534.00 to restore my service, however they didn't. Only $200.00 was credited. Also I had asked for a supervisor and got put on hold two times and was finally cut off after about 30 minutes. Then I finally got a supervisor and they were no help. I asked to speak to another supervisor and he refused. I called back and one person was able to help me. But overall Sprint will rip you off whenever they get a chance. I admit I was over my minutes, but they "prorated my minutes" they refunded me $57.00 then turned around and charged me $160.00 for those minutes that were taken away when it was prorated. Great job Sprint!
