I was looking on the internet at new plan options (i had sprint cell service for 3 years) and without any notice that continuing to the next page my plan would be changed, voila! Plan changed, new contract entered into... I called customer service immediately and they said that since i called within 24 hrs they could undo the change with no fee, etc. The rep took down lots of info and assured me all was well.
The next bill i got showed all the charges for the new plan AND a new contract... I called CS again and everyone i spoke with was very rude, said outright that i was at fault for "not understanding how the internet works", and said there was NO RECORD of the call i had made previously... And poor me, if only i had called within 24 hrs of using the website things could have been fixed... But now... Well, after 5 hrs on the phone i cancelled my contract and they cancelled the new plan charges.
I liked the rates and phone, but i will NEVER use sprint again, based solely on their customer service.
