My husband and I have been a customers with Sprint pcs now for 2 years. When we orginally began service we signed a 1 year contract and our billing statements were normally around the same amount each month but lately it seems that every month our bill becames more due to off-peak minutes so we decided we would go into the sprint store to change our current plan to a share minute plan with free mobile to mobile but the rep. Told us it would not be a good idea to change our plan until later in the month before our next billing statement and gave us a number to call stateing that we should call on the 21st of the month to change plans. We waited until the 21st I called and the rep. Said you must go into a sprint store to change plans. I told him that we had already gone in to the store and we was told we could change plans over the phone but he stated that we were given mis-information. We feel like we were given the run-around or maybe it is just a tactic to keep getting as much money as the company can. We are very disappointed with the service.
