Opticom/ZPDI made an operator assisted call to Dallas, TX from my home phone in Long Beach, CA for 20 min charging me $50.54. I supposedly have long distance blocking thru Verizon.
The day and time it happened, no one was home. When I called the "billing questions on behalf of Opticom" at 800-276-1111, I was told it was done on the computer and someone in my household authorized the charge.
I live with my 9 yr old son who was in school so I don't know how anyone could have authorized it. Now that I know it has happened to others I will be their worst nightmare and Verizon's until it comes off my bill.
