On October 13 i ordered and paid for by visa debt a 94.99 pair of sneakers for my son allowing 4-6 weeks delivery for his christmas present.
NOTE. I am a single struggling mother, and saved for months to afford 94.99 for a pair of shoes, being Christmas and all.
The week of christmas i tried to call several phone numbers to no avail, i also e-mailed with no response. I was ready to give the tracking # and all. Christmas came and went.
Now its 7 months later, still cant get in contact with just4kicks, and my son has grown another shoe size, and is still waiting for his christmas present. No longer trusting this company, i have since canceled my debt card fearing my numbers being out there, made several long distant phone calls to who knows where, but worst of all, i feel guilty, and sad for my son because i think now he thinks i lied to him about the shoes.
I just want my hard earned money back so he can get something else for himself.
