We requested 4 set of "uggs boots" for Christmas for my spouse and children and had a guarantee that people might have them in 14 to 28 business days. Its now 25-1-09 and we have been told we can not have our money back even though we have only had 1 pair of shoes. We'd togo out and purchase the shoes for christmas gifts on christmas event from our nearby city center. We now have no reimbursement X 3 with no shoes X-3.
