We ordered slippers an entire month before Christmas and was promised delivery before Christmas, 2 phone calls and 2 additional promises of guaranteed shipment, we never received them and my son was devastated as it was on his Christmas list and they were expensive. I am a single mother and could have used that money to buy another pair of slippers but I trusted this company for overnight shipping as promised on my 2nd call to them the say before Christmas Eve. Now it is the day AFTER Christmas and no one will answer the phone tol cancel my order!!! Rip off!!!
