I had Verizon Wireless service in Monte Vista, Colorado and every month they would bill me for roaming. I would call and explain I had a Nationwide plan with no roaming and no long distance. They would always give me a credit for the roaming charges.
One month, they refused to give me a credit. They admitted I had a no roaming plan but insisted I pay the money because the charge were actually for going over my minutes and they just showed them as roaming.
I told them I would pay the bill if they would show me where I went over my minutes.instead of showing me how I owed the money, they sold my account to a collection agency and reported my to the credit agencies. Now, I can't get that information removed.
